Overview
Polycarbonate headlight lenses ship with a factory UV hard coat that breaks down under years of California sun. The lens yellows, clouds over and scatters light, which makes the whole car look older and reduces how far you can see at night.
We remove the failed coating completely with progressive wet sanding, polish the lens back to optical clarity and apply a UV-cured ceramic lens coating. Unlike a quick polish, the result does not fade back in a few months.
